Remote assistance sessions are performed using Sygma Connect by CoreTech srl.

After installation has been completed you will need to share your ID and password with me, as shown in the example image below (relevant information in red):
Password is hidden by default: clicking the eye-shaped button in Sygma Connect window will reveal it.
You are strongly encouraged to reset the password clicking the reset button (in green in the above image) or remove Sygma Connect altogether.
